INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 400°F
2. Wash and scrub baked potatoes. Pat potatoes dry with a clean kitchen cloth.
3. Lightly oil the potatoes then sprinkle potatoes with spices.
4. Place potatoes directly on oven rack (place a drip pan on the rack below) and baked for about 1 hour. The potatoes should be easy to pierce with a fork.
5. With tongs, take baked potatoes out of the oven and place on plate to cool, then cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
6. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
7. Lightly score potato halves in a crisscross pattern then brush cut side with olive oil. Place oiled side of potatoes on the grill for 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes get a little crispy on the bottom.
8. Take potatoes off the grill and dress with butter, cheese, A-1 sauce and salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.
