DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, sprinkle 1tsp. of barbecue potato chip spices rub per 1-ounce of chips and toss gently to coat. Bake for 5 minutes on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Eat warm or at room temperature. Can be stored up to 5 days in air tight container after chips have completely cooled.
