Grilled Broccoli


INGREDIENTS:
1 head of broccoli, cut into large florets
1 TBSP. olive oil
​1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
​1/2 lemon, juiced

DIRECTIONS:

1. Sprinkle olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice over broccoli ; toss to mix well and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
2. Heat grill to medium-high for indirect cooking.
3. Place broccoli on the non-heated side of the grill and cook for 20 minutes (or until desired tenderness), turning the broccoli over every 5 minutes.
4. Serve immediately.
