DIRECTIONS:
1. Sprinkle rub over wings, cover in container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Heat smoker to 225°F for indirect heat, place wood chips over hot coals.
3. Cook chicken in smoker on the non-heated side for 1-1.5 hours or until wings reach an internal temperature of 165-175°F
4. Sprinkle a small amount of dry rub on the hot wings OR toss wings in sauce before serving.
