This set of barbecue rubs includes TEN- 2" diameter tin containers (Net Wt. 1.35oz.-1.38oz. ea. / about 1/4 cup each) which are perfect for gift baskets, wedding or party favors, or as office gifts. This listing is for the tins filled with rub only.

⊛ SOUTH RUBS:
1) LEXINGTON, NC: Often includes delicious slow-smoked pulled or chopped pork with their famous vinegar-based sauce that features no ketchup in the Eastern part of the state and a little ketchup in the West. Ingredients in our NC rub include brown sugar, dry mustard and cayenne pepper. The rub is fantastic on chicken, too!
2) MEMPHIS, TN: Smoked often with a dry rub and served with sauce on the side! Ingredients in our TN rub include a good dose of sweet and a touch of cayenne for that perfect Memphis flavor. This rub is perfect for pulled pork.
3) EAST TEXAS: This rub is great on beef ribs, hearty meats and brisket. It's also great sprinkled over eggs or to season turkey burgers and meatballs. Ingredients in our TX rub include ground coriander, cumin and cayenne pepper.
4) GEORGIA: Georgians are proud of their barbecue and for good reason! Ingredients in our GA rub include cumin, onion, and a good dose of black pepper. Try pairing this rub with a peach or a mustard-based barbecue sauce. This is one of our favorite rubs for chicken or pork!
5) LOUISIANA: Part dry rub/part seasoning, our Louisiana rub is packed with flavor and can season almost any dish! Ingredients include dried basil and thyme, cayenne and white pepper. Try on seafood, in stews and jambalaya, or on poultry.
