SPICES FOR BEEF
A: HICKORY BURGER SEASONING - Featuring smoked hickory sea salt, ground mustard, a touch of ground chipotle pepper and brown sugar, this seasoning is excellent on beef, chicken or turkey. Just mix 1TBP. of seasoning into 1lb. of ground beef and grill away!
B) EAST TEXAS: This rub is great on beef ribs, hearty meats and brisket. It's also great sprinkled over eggs or to season popcorn, tofu, veggies, turkey burgers and meatballs. Ingredients in our TX rub include ground coriander, cumin and cayenne pepper.
C) SANTA MARIA, CA: Fantastic for Tri Tip roast or hearty beef. Best grilled over red oak and often mopped with a garlic-infused oil and red wine vinegar concoction. Ingredients in our CA rub include onion, rosemary and our housemade lemon pepper.
D) BEEF & STEAK RUB: If you grill steak or slow cook roasts in the oven, this rub will give you a load of gourmet taste for very little effort. Ingredients include California grown and roasted minced garlic, thyme, smoked hickory salt (from the great New England state of Maine) and coarse black pepper.
E) TURKISH RUB - A delectable mix of spices for lamb or beef kebabs (a Turkish specialty!) Ingredients include oregano, cinnamon, cumin and red pepper.
F) BRAZILIAN SPICES - Take your steak, soup, roasted vegetables and stews to a whole new level! Ingredients include marjoram, cumin, allspice, lime zest, garlic and onion.
SPICES FOR CHICKEN AND PORK
A) LEXINGTON, NC: Ingredients in our NC rub include brown sugar, celery seed, dry mustard and cayenne pepper. This rub is delicious on chicken or pork. Want to try authentic Eastern-style BBQ? Check out our NC BBQ Box!
B) MEMPHIS, TN: Smoked often with a dry rub and served with sauce on the side! Ingredients in our TN rub include a good dose of sweet and a touch of cayenne for that perfect Memphis flavor.
C) KANSAS CITY, MO: Great on Beef or Pork ribs. KC ribs are usually slow cooked and served with a thick, sweet sauce. Ingredients in our KC rub include a good amount of dry mustard, garlic and chili powders.
D) GEORGIA: This is one of our favorite rubs for chicken or pork! Ingredients in our GA rub include cumin, onion, and a good dose of black pepper. Try pairing this rub with a peach or a mustard-based barbecue sauce.
E) GUSTO'S WING RUB: A perfect blend of spices not just for chicken wings but for whole chickens, too. If you've never had smoked wings, you're in for a treat with these spices! Ingredients include smoked paprika, cumin, white pepper and cayenne.
F) GERMAN RUB - A robust mix of spices for chicken, pork, turkey and sausage. Ingredients include ground mustard, thyme, onion and a touch of sugar.
G) INDIA RUB - Dare to try these spices on your pork ribs or ground turkey burgers! Ingredients include coriander, ginger, turmeric and a pinch of turbinado sugar.
H) TRINIDAD RUB - One of our favorite spicy rubs for chicken and pork! A spicy-sweet mix of 13 spices including allspice, ground mustard, habanero, coriander and brown sugar.
I) CANDIED BACON SPICES: Perfect for brunch, lunch and as a Bloody Mary garnish, this rub helps make sweet candied bacon with a slight kick of garlic and ginger. Helps make up to 2 pounds of candied bacon. There is no salt in this rub.
J) APPLE-MAPLE RUB - Our New England Apple-Maple rub is a customer favorite as it incredibly tasty and versatile. The maple sugar we use is made right here in Western Massachusetts and it is delicious! Ingredients include organic baked apples, locally made maple sugar, and a splash of smoked Applewood salt. This smoky-sweet rub can be barbecued, oven-roasted, or used in the slow cooker. Great on turkey, chicken and tofu.
K) LOUISIANA: Part dry rub/part seasoning and incredibly versatile, our Louisiana rub is packed with flavor and can season almost any dish! Ingredients include dried basil and thyme, cayenne and white pepper. Try on seafood or veggies; in stews and jambalaya, or on poultry and turkey.
L) JAMAICAN JERK SPICES: Our mix contains a savory and savory and fiery list of ingredients including allspice, thyme, lemon, cloves, scotch bonnet and red savina habanero flakes. Spices are perfect for the grill, oven or smoker. This blend is spicy!

N) HABANERO RUB/SPICES: Originally we created the spices as a wing rub but soon found that we also like it in turkey burgers, on whole grilled chicken, in sausages, in tomato-based veggie soup, mixed into scrambled eggs and sprinkled over popcorn. Ingredients include habanero, cayenne pepper, oregano and garlic. This blend is spicy!

==VARIOUS SPICES==
A) BAKED POTATO SEASONING: Brush your potatoes with little olive oil and our baked potato spices then bake and you've created an easy side dish or main stage baked potato! Ingredients in our Baked Potato spice mix includes coriander, thyme and garlic. Try this blend on veggies or tofu, too!
B) SOUTHERN FRENCH FRY SEASONING - A perfect blend of spices for fries that are a touch sweet, spicy and savory. Ingredients include celery seed, cayenne and turmeric. Season up to 10lbs. of potatoes!
C) ITALIAN BLEND SPICES: We use this blend on everything from meatballs to veggies to pizza to spaghetti sauce to meat marinades to eggs - it's THAT good! Ingredients include wildly flavorful rosemary, thyme, savory, sage and oregano.
D) NC DIP SPICES: NC Dip (also known as Lexington or Piedmont Dip) is legend in Eastern NC. It's a vinegar-based sauce that is part mop to help moisten meat during cooking as well as a fantastic "finisher" for cooked meats. Can be used with or in place of regular barbecue sauce and pairs beautifully with our Lexington BBQ rub. Ingredients include dried molasses, roasted minced garlic, red chili flakes and smoked hickory salt. Recipe to make sauce included.
E) TOFU SPICES: This is our go-to tofu seasoning! We smoke our tofu but you can also bake or barbecue tofu with this rub, too. While it leans on the peppery side, the flavor is balanced with vegan brown sugar, paprika and cumin.
