DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400°F. Cut Portuguese rolls in half and spread open side with mayonnaise. Bake rolls mayonnaise side up until toasted, about 7-10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan heat chicken on medium, stirring often, until heated through. Fill roll bottoms with chicken then coleslaw, and cap with roll top.
