Turkish-style Chicken Kebabs
INGREDIENTS: 1lb. Boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1" cubes 2TBSP. mayonnaise 3TBSP. Gusto's Turkish spice blend, divided 1TBSP. lemon juice |
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk together mayonnaise, 1-2TBSP. Turkish spice blend, and lemon juice. Place chicken cubes in a bowl and blend chicken with mayonnaise mixture. Place chicken in a container with a tight-fitting lid and marinate in refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
Heat grill to medium-high. Thread marinated chicken through skewers, sprinkle with remaining Turkish spice blend, and grill 5-7 minutes per side on lightly oiled grill grates or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Tent cooked chicken loosely with tinfoil on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
